Dordrecht - Statenplein

In 2021, Holtburgh acquired a complex on Statenplein in Dordrecht, located in the city’s main shopping district. The complex currently includes eight residential units and nine retail spaces. Holtburgh aims to significantly enhance the quality of the complex by installing a new façade, adding 15 residential units, and improving sustainability.
